Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within India.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or remote delivery locations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations across India.
Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the provided tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Homspurts Living is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

Take photographs of the outer package before opening it.

Record a complete unboxing video.

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment, we may deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before processing any eligible refund.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
