Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

You received the wrong item.
If the outer package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

Take photographs before opening the package.

Record a complete unboxing video.

Contact us immediately.
Damage claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Products purchased during clearance or sale.

Customized or personalized products.

Gift cards.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:

Incorrect products delivered.

Products with manufacturing defects.
We do not offer exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Color preference.

Size expectations.

Personal dislike after delivery.
Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, where applicable under local law.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
